We also went to Palm Beach, this is where they film some of the scenes from Home and Away... apparently? Anyway we weren't impressed, Alf wasn't to be found and neither was the soap opera frenzy we were hoping for and Jamie's estimation of the place was...and I quote. "Palm Beach is shit"! So there you go..a message from someone who lives in Sydney and can describe the local attractions in one sweeping statement...I bet the Australian tourist board cant wait to snap him up. Anyway one crowded bus back and a meal whilst watching the rain. So all in all Sydney was nice and easy to navigate, plenty of shops and food places and generally an ok place to visit. The Sydney Harbour Bridge walk was too pricey so did'nt bother with that, however i had a blast reminiscing over old times and remembering all the stuff that happened back in the day, when we were mere innocents, having not yet carved our paths in life or found our place in the world...we had nothing but fun and mayhem (alcohol induced of course) and now look at us....yes..moving on.
